What type of payments do we accept?

We accept payments via PayPal to ensure safety and security.  Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been received.  Payment for any purchase is required within 24 hours of ordering.  Once payment is received, items are generally shipped withing 48-72 hours depending on the item and stock availability.  You will be notified via email when your order ships, and once shipped it cannot be canceled.

Shipping:

All items are shipped within the US via First Class Mail.  Shipping charges and fees include postage and the costs of packing materials.  Tracking fees are included, and the number will be available when shipped.

Custom Fees:  For Canadian and International shipping, the buyer is responsible for any and all custom fees.  The basic shipping cost has no tracking ability.  Lavender Lotus is not responsible for lost packages...if you would like an item insured, please contact us for fee schedule.

All items are professionally packaged and wrapped for maximum protection during shipping.  Lavender Lotus Boutique is a recycling advocate, and being as such, we recycle packaging material when we can, and when available.  If you would specifically prefer new packaging material for your shipment, please let us know when ordering.
