Reel charm is protected under a water resistant (not water proof) epoxy seal.  A chunky cut-acrylic flower with a tiny rhinestone center accents the perimeter ring for an added touch of 3-dimensional fun and bling!  The coordinating bead bundle features a mix of acrylic, bling, resin, irridescent, lucite, crystal and/or other beads to complete this theme.
