Reel charm is protected under a water resistant (not water proof) epoxy seal.  Reel is accented with a bead bundle that screams of scrumptious colour...bundle will feature a mix of bling, acrylic, lucite, glass, irridescent, cat's eye and/or crystal beads with silver accent findings.
